Vibrational Voyage is a 90-minute sound bath led by Kathryn Watterson at the Ascension School of Healing Arts (ASHA) in downtown Ferndale, Michigan. You lie back, close your eyes, and rest while crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and gongs fill the room with sound.
This session falls on the last Tuesday of October, a few days before Halloween. It is a calm way to close out the month as the autumn nights grow longer.
What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a guided relaxation experience. Bowls and gongs create layers of tone and vibration around you while you rest. No meditation experience is needed. Many people find it an easy way to slow down and feel calm after a busy week.
