Self-Study Courses at Your Own Pace

Our self-study courses let you work through Reiki lessons when your week allows. You can replay a demonstration, pause to try a hand position, and return to a lesson as often as you like. Many students build a short daily self-Reiki practice this way, one steady session at a time.

Plenty of Florida students combine both formats. They begin with a self-study course to learn the foundations quietly at home, then join the live Zoom class to practice with others, ask questions out loud and hear how fellow students describe their own experience.
