Claire Nowinski is a dedicated healer and teacher at ASHA, bringing depth and insight to her shadow work practice. Currently pursuing her Master's degree in Art Therapy & Counseling, Claire's approach is enriched by her focus on Jungian/Analytical psychology, Developmental psychology, and trauma-informed practices. Her unique combination of practical healing work and academic study creates a well-rounded, informed approach to shadow work and personal integration.
