What You Will Learn

1. Subconscious Reprogramming  —  12 Weeks

Your subconscious mind holds the blueprint for every pattern you repeat. This course teaches you to access the subconscious through guided altered states, communicate directly with the inner child and higher self, and identify deeply embedded programs that run on autopilot. You will learn to safely guide yourself and others into this space to release what no longer serves and install new, empowering beliefs at the root level.

2. Inner Child Healing  —  12 Weeks (Two Parts)

Your inner child carries every unprocessed emotion, unmet need, and unhealed wound from your earliest years. In Part 1, you explore the core wounds that shape human behavior, personality, and belief systems. You learn to identify toxic patterns and reframe them, practice rebirthing techniques, and elevate the inner child into higher levels of self-respect, self-love, and self-healing. In Part 2, you go deeper into reparenting skills, learning to change your story and create a new foundation of inner safety.

 

3. Dismantling & Rewiring Beliefs  —  Integrated Throughout

Limiting beliefs act like invisible walls. This work teaches you to read someone’s Akashic records to identify disempowering beliefs, energetic blocks, and recurring patterns. You learn to dismantle those structures and rewire them with new, aligned truths. This is where deep, permanent transformation happens.

 

4. Womb Healing  —  Included in Inner Child Healing

Trauma and emotional imprints can begin before birth. Womb healing addresses energetic patterns absorbed in utero, releasing inherited stress, fear, and emotional conditioning passed from mother to child. This work creates space for a new relationship with your origin story.

5. Forgiveness Healing  —  Integrated Throughout

Forgiveness is not about excusing what happened. It is about freeing yourself from the weight of carrying it. This modality guides you through structured forgiveness practices for yourself and others, releasing resentment, guilt, and shame at the energetic level so your system can finally rest.

 

6. Trauma Healing  —  Integrated Throughout

Trauma lives in the body and the nervous system, not only in the mind. You will learn trauma-informed techniques for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and stabilization. This is not about reliving your experiences. It is about safely completing the stress responses that were never resolved and allowing the body to return to a place of safety.

 

7. Ancestral Healing  —  Included in Inner Child Healing

Many of the patterns you carry are not originally yours. Ancestral healing addresses the inherited beliefs, fears, and behavioral patterns passed down through your family lineage. By healing these imprints, you stop the cycle from continuing through future generations.

 

8. Past Lives Healing  —  6 Weeks

Some patterns, fears, and soul contracts have roots that extend beyond this lifetime. Past Lives Healing teaches you to enter the Akashic records and heal beliefs, patterns, and energetic imprints carried forward from previous incarnations. This is quantum healing at the soul level.

 

9. Integration & Embodiment  —  Ongoing Throughout All Courses

Healing without integration leads to spiritual bypassing. Every module includes grounding practices, nervous system regulation tools, guided meditations, and embodiment exercises designed to help you absorb, stabilize, and live what you learn. Real transformation is not about insight alone. It is about becoming it.

 

10. Integration 

When we experience trauma, parts of ourselves become fragmented and dissociated. Integration is the process of reclaiming these lost parts so you can function as a whole being again. This technique combines soul retrieval with classic psychological integration. Real transformation requires bringing every piece of you back home.

 

 

About Your Teacher

Donna Lakes has been a Reiki Practitioner since 1995 and Reiki Master/Teacher since 1999, Donna is also an Intuitive Healer, Ascension Facilitator, Trauma Informed Inner Child Healer, Past Life Healer, Spiritual Teacher, and Life Coach.

She studied under Michelle Sobel (Reiki Master/Teacher), June Destefano, D.O., and Irene Gauthier, C.T.M.I., N.C.T.M.B. of Irene’s Myomassology Institute. With a background in bodywork, Donna has channeled her style of Ascension Healing and most of the information she teaches. Donna is trained in cranial sacral therapy, kundalini yoga, breathwork, sound therapy, emotional release work, nervous system regulation techniques.

Donna aspires humanity to ascend by helping people to love themselves, change their beliefs, and empowering them to show up as better human beings in the world. The outer world reflects the inner world.
