My journey has always been rooted in creativity, connection, and a desire to help others discover more of themselves.
Long before I entered the healing field, art was one of the ways I learned to express, explore, and make meaning of the world around me. That path led me first into art education and later into counseling and art therapy, where I began to understand even more deeply that healing does not always happen through words alone.

Over the years, my own journey has continued to expand beyond the emotional and creative into the intuitive and energetic. Through my training with ASHA, I discovered another part of myself and my work as a Reiki practitioner and intuitive healer.
Today, I bring these different parts of my experience together. I believe our emotional, creative, physical, energetic, and spiritual selves are interconnected, and healing can invite us to explore all of them.
With six years of experience in art education and six years of counseling experience, I have supported children, adolescents, and adults through creative expression, emotional exploration, personal growth, grief and loss, self-discovery, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, intuitive, creative, and centered on meeting each person where they are.
Whether through Reiki, intuitive healing, creative expression, or deeper inner work, my intention is to create a space where you can reconnect with yourself, listen to your own inner wisdom, and explore what may be ready for healing, release, or transformation.
I believe there is wisdom already within you. Sometimes we simply need the space and support to hear it.
